Shipping Policy

At ReaJoyce, we handcraft and package every order with care and intention. Please review the following information to understand how and when your items will be shipped.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak times, sales, or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping via USPS:

Standard Shipping: $7.95 (via USPS Priority Mail)

Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after processing
If your order qualifies for a different service due to size or weight, we will select the most efficient shipping method available.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is in the hands of USPS, ReaJoyce is not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

File a claim with USPS
6. Currently Shipping Within the U.S. Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the near future.
