1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped. Please double-check your order before placing it, as we are unable to modify orders once processed.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.
To request a replacement:

Please note: We do not issue refunds for damaged items—only replacements will be sent.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
ReaJoyce is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location. For lost packages, we recommend contacting USPS or your local post office directly.
4. Allergies or Skin Sensitivities
Our product descriptions list key ingredients, and we encourage customers to review them before purchasing. We do not offer refunds or replacements for reactions due to known or unknown sensitivities. Always patch test new products before full use.
